Sharp and precise, our Gracey Curettes are used to remove both supragingival and subgingival calculus in specific areas of the mouth. Gracey 9/10 is for use on anterior and premolar teeth: all tooth surfaces as well as direct buccal and lingual surfaces of the posterior teeth.

Begin by holding the instrument with a modified pen grasp for optimal control.

Position the Blade
Align the blade so it points directly toward the tooth surface you plan to scale.

Adjust the Handle
Bend the custom-fit handle over your index finger or hand at an angle of 10 to 15 degrees and enjoy scaling.
