United States

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $300 within the United States.

  • Orders below $300 will have shipping costs calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and shipping method.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on destination, package weight, and carrier.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): Estimated delivery is typically 2–6 business days after shipment.

  • International: Estimated delivery may range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.


4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are not included in the shipping cost.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.

  • DoWell Dental Products has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional reshipping fees.

  • Please contact us immediately if you need to correct your shipping details after placing an order.


7. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

  • DoWell Dental Products is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
