The External-Oral Suction unit removes aerosols to prevent cross-infection between doctors and patients. During treatment, the use of ultrasonic and other instruments can generate an aerosol cloud spread throughout the entire treatment room; this, combined with the aerosols from the patient's mouth, produce a high risk of cross-infection. The aerosols from the patient's mouth are not homogeneous; it consists of the spray mist rebound, water, saliva, blood, and microorganisms.
HOW IT WORKS
The intense suction vacuum pressure and high flow rate significantly reduce the risk of cross-infection between doctors and patients. The aerosol and air entered into the suction unit are filtered through the primary filter and HEPA strainer, sterilized by ultraviolet rays, then discharged through a large amount of plasma sterilization and purification.
